1. Returns: (Excludes All Food Sales)

- We accept returns for items purchased from our bakery within 3 days of the purchase date.

- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

- Please note that personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Refunds:

- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund or store credit, whichever you prefer.

- Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

- In case the original payment method is not available, we will work with you to find an alternative solution.

3. Damaged or Defective Items:

- If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.

- We may require you to provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect to assist us in investigating the issue.

- Upon verification, we will offer you a full refund, exchange, or store credit, depending on your preference.
